Our trainees are incorporated into our team immediately and apart from their technical knowledge they are trained in key qualifications such as the ability to work in a team, the ability to accept criticism, communication skills and flexibility. These facilities are of significant importance for a successful career. At last our customer will benefit from these abilities.

	Mrs. Schwam Our first trainee Natalia Schwam (office clerk) has finished her training successfully in 2009 and is now part of our team.

	Office Clerk Anton Frost (in his second year of the training (2009-2011) After he has finished an internship in our company Mister Frost decided to train as an office clerk before starting his academic studies in business studies / industrial engineering.

	Skilled warehouseman Michael Voss (in his first year of the two-year-training) In cooperation with the „Kolping Bildungszentrum Arnsberg“ we are training Mister Voss as a skilled warehouseman..
